1. Are you a factory or trading company?

MNC serves as the Australian representative for Weifang Jinhui Furniture Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a professional Chinese furniture manufacturer. Our factory is located in Weifang City, China, near the Qingdao port. It’s just an hour’s drive from Qingdao Airport. You’re welcome to visit us!

MNC also functions as a trading company, assisting Australian clients in procuring Chinese products.

2. What are the advantages of our company and products?

Jinhui Furniture has served the American market for nearly two decades, and we have won a loyal group of customers who are wholesalers of a certain scale. Our end customers include some well-known restaurant chains such as McDonald’s, Subway and Pizza Hut. The requirements of our customers are strict, but they promote the continuous improvement of our production and service systems. Today, Jinhui has been a manufacturer and exporter in the commercial furniture industry for nearly 20 years and has always adhered to our business principles: respect for contracts and honor commitments.

The advantages of our products are durability and competitive price. Although this is our first year in the Australian market, we are committed to demonstrating the utmost sincerity to meet the needs of our Australian customers

3. What types of Trade terms, Payment method and Shipping mode do you accept?

We offer competitive pricing with flexible trade terms, payment options, and shipping modes  to meet the needs of our Australian customers. For new Australian clients, you can just pay a 30% advance payment before production, balance payment upon receipt of goods.

We accept various trade terms, including FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP etc. Payment methods we accept including bank transfer, wire transfer, credit card, and cash.

To assist you in selecting the best cooperation method, we can offer a comprehensive quotation. This will include the cost of the goods, as well as breakdowns of sea or air freight and any additional expenses.

4. Can I mix different models in one container?

Yes,  we accept customers to mix some models in one container, although generally each model must reach the minimum order quantity of 100, now we currently accept LCL orders from the Australian market with a minimum quantity of 10 pieces per model and accept door-to-door order terms.

5. Do you provide free samples?

Certainly! We provide product samples for testing and evaluation. These samples let you experience the quality firsthand and ensure they match your needs before buying in bulk.

We provide free samples of standard products to our Australian customers. Custom samples require a mold fee, but it’s refunded when you make a bulk order.

6. Do you provide after-sales service?

Certainly, We provide comprehensive after-sales service.

Ordering is just the beginning: We understand that placing an order is just the start of the entire purchasing process. Once you’ve placed an order for our products, we will track your order every step of the way and ensure timely delivery.

After-sales support: We provide comprehensive after-sales support services. If you encounter any issues or need assistance while using our products, our customer service team is available to offer support and solutions.

Quality guarantee: Our products undergo rigorous quality control and testing to ensure their stability and reliability. If you have any concerns about the quality of our products, we will make every effort to address the issue and provide satisfactory solutions.

7. What is your warranty and claim policy?

All our products have a structural warranty period of at least 1 year and up to 5 years. This means that if there are quality problems due to manufacturing defects or material problems within this period, we will provide replacement or equivalent compensation services,which will be written into to our contract.

If a customer claim occurs during the warranty period, just simply contact us, and we will guide you through the warranty claim process. Our goal is to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently to ensure your complete satisfaction.

8. Can I ask about my own design project?

Yes, we provide customization options to meet specific design or branding requirements, ensuring a personalized solution for our clients, we have our own development and professional sample team to support pre-samples. 

Additional, we offer assistance with product branding and packaging to help you create a cohesive and professional presentation for your products. Whether you need help designing logos, labels, or packaging materials, our team can provide guidance and support to ensure that your products make a lasting impression.

9. How long will mass production take?

We understand the importance of timely delivery and strive to meet our customers’ expectations for lead times and delivery dates. Our sales team can provide you with a detailed timeline for your order and keep you updated on its progress every step of the way.

All Table Base Series , delivery time: 20-25 days;  Regular metal chair, delivery time: 30-35 days; Regular wooden chairs, delivery time: 45-50 days. (The delivery time above is based on the quantity of a 40-foot high container)

For new products, the lead time for the first order will be slightly longer, but for future orders, the lead time will come regularly.
